An extremely detailed piece entitled "Admiral Nelson at Trafalgar 1805".  Scrimmed in 1985-86, this shows Steve's earlier work was every bit as complex as is his current work.  Done on a 20 ounce fossil ivory, 9 1/2 ' long and 2 5/8" wide.
