Step 5 : Gently twist stand (while plug is still in tooth) to extract spindle from Sculpey. Pull Saran Wrap to extract plastic-wrapped plug from tooth.

Step 6 : Place Saran Wrapped Sculpey plug into refrigerator for about 30 minutes to stiffen Sculpey.  Remove from refrigerator, and gently remove Saran Wrap from around stiffened Sculpey.  Bake at 275 degrees F for about 30 minutes, per Sculpey instructions.  Allow to cool.

Step 7: Shave high points on baked Sculpey plug to snugly fit tooth cavity and spindle.  Loosley trial-fit several times until you are happy with the final fit to tooth and stand.

Step 8: Carefully place Sculpey plug onto standing spindle, then carefully place tooth onto plug. Gently press down on tooth to fully seat onto plug and onto spindle.  No gluing is necessary.  Always hold mounted tooth by base stand. Note that this tooth was mounted off-center, so that the ship is now vertically straight.
